Go to Account → Manage my subscription to cancel renewal through Stripe. For end-of-period cancellation, access remains available until the displayed end date. Cancellation alone is not a refund request.
Right of withdrawal
You can notify withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract, by email to support@sylvapodcast.com or by post to Quentin MORISSE EI, 46 Rue de Rochette, 37500 Chinon, France. Any clear statement is sufficient. Statutory extensions, including for missing information, remain applicable. Using the service is not an automatic waiver.
Statutory refunds
Following valid withdrawal, reimbursement is made within 14 days of receipt of your decision, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without fees. Any amount for service already supplied may be withheld only where the law permits. Remedies for lack of conformity remain available.

To Quentin MORISSE EI, support@sylvapodcast.com, 46 Rue de Rochette, 37500 Chinon, France: I hereby withdraw from the contract for [offer], concluded on [date]. Consumer name, address, account email and date. Signature only for paper requests.

No additional money-back guarantee is offered. Any discretionary goodwill refund is separate from statutory rights. Contact support@sylvapodcast.com; never send full card details, secrets or your sign-in link.
