Sleep Quickly Premium and Nature’s Sounds for Relaxation Premium are separate digital subscriptions. Each provides access to its own audio library once payment is confirmed and you sign in. Neither automatically includes the other.
Features
Streaming, continuous playback, favourites, a timer and, where technically available, local downloads and offline listening. Home-screen installation is optional. Sleep All Night is a Sleep feature. Internet access is required to activate and verify access; a compatible browser and sufficient storage are needed. Compatibility with every device is not guaranteed.
Prices and renewal
Each offer costs €4.99 monthly or €39 annually in EUR. Fixed prices are available in EUR, USD, GBP, CAD and CHF; no automatic conversion at the current exchange rate is promised. The total, currency and billing interval are shown before payment. Stripe handles payment and invoicing. Subscriptions renew and are charged automatically each month or year until cancelled.
Cancellation
From Account, open “Manage my subscription” to cancel renewal in Stripe. When cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, access continues until that date and no further renewal is charged afterwards. Statutory rights to end the contract earlier remain unaffected.
Downloads
Offline storage is local, depends on your browser and available space, and may be cleared by your device or browser. Access requires a valid subscription and may require periodic reconnection. No ownership of files is transferred.
Personal use
Your subscription is for personal use. Redistribution, resale, republication, public sharing of files, unauthorised commercial use and mass account sharing are prohibited, subject to permission or statutory exceptions.
Withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw. Signing in or listening is not treated as an automatic waiver. Loss of this right is not invoked unless all legal conditions are met, including the necessary express consents and confirmation. Statutory conformity guarantee
For continuous supply, Sylva is responsible for lack of conformity arising during the contractual supply period. Consumers may request conformity free of charge, without undue delay or significant inconvenience. Where legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination is available. Updates necessary for conformity are due during the applicable period. These terms do not restrict statutory rights, including those under Articles L224-25-12 onwards of the French Consumer Code.

French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence or your right to use the competent courts. The French version is the reference version, without reducing the rights described in translations.
